Customer Consumer Right of Withdrawal

The Customer Consumer has the right to cancel the contract without penalty and without giving any reasons with 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the goods, contact customer service by e-mail at info@erosafroditeshop.com declaring their intention to use the right of withdrawal and indicating the order number, invoice number, code, name and quantity of items, if the cancellation is partial (in the event that the purchase includes several items) or total, and bank details for the refund transfer (IBAN code of the invoice).

Eros@Afrodite will refund the price within the maximum term of 14 (fourteen) days from the day of receipt of the Consumer communciatino. In any case, ErosAfroditeShop will be entirled to withhold the reimbursement until the date of receipt of the goods or until the Consumer has demonstrated their intention of returning them.
The Return costs are the responsibility of Eros@Afrodite.
The shipping of returned goods remains the complete responsibility of the customer until the items are confirmed received in our warehouse. Eros@Afrodite does not respond in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with shipments not insured by the customer.

Right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:

  • The absence of original packaging;
  • The absence of the product’s essential components (eg. manual, accessories and generally different conditions in which the product was delivered);
  • Damage to the product (eg. Products not substantially intact, used, or which show signs of deformity, deterioration, wear and tear and/or alterations of any kind)
  • The purchase of customised products according to the information required by the customer.
  • The Customer that is NOT the consumer, has NO right of cancellation.

The Customer claims to have reviewed the General Conditions of the Sale before proceeding with their online purchase and agrees and is obligated, once the online purchase procedure is completed, to print and save an electronic copy and, either way, retain these already examined and accepted Conditions for the purposes and effects of the Articles. 3:04 Legislative Decree no 185/99 and no. 206/2005.
