Conditions of Sale

The following General Terms and Conditions regulating the online sales of products offered on, a trademark owned by Takkin Srl, their legal head office in Via Garofoli 238 – 37057 – San Giovanni Lupatoto (VR), p.iva and post code: 04372210239 registered in the CCIAA (the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Craftsmanship and Agriculture of Verona) email:

Art.1 Conclusion of the contract
1.1 Orders are to be understood subject to acceptance of Eros@Afrodite. The correct order is confirmed by an email response sent to the email address provided by the customer. This confirmation email contains the order number, order date, billing information, and destination of the merchandise, details and the prices, including VAT, of the merchandise, transport service and additional services, method of payment, Eros@Afrodite data, notes and warnings to the customer. Upon receipt of the customer’s order and payment verification, the necessary steps will begin in the production/shipping of goods.
1.2 The selection of products on the website is subject to their current availability. In the case that one or more products are unavailable, Eros@Afrodite will promptly notify the customer, by phone or mail, of the various amendments from the original order.
1.3 All prices of the items offered on the website have VAT included, in euros and all related to purchases made online. Eros@Afrodite reserves the right to change the prices displayed at any time, with the exception of orders that have already been accepted by the website, which will not change in price.
1.4 The Customer is hereby made aware that the technical specifications and images relating to the products may not correspond perfectly to the real characteristics of each product and may differ in colour, size, and accessories, packaging and technical characteristic, and therefore, must be considered merely indicative.

Art. 2 Acceptance of General Terms and Conditions of Sales
2.1 The Customer, by sending the purchase by electronic order, unconditionally accepts and agrees to observe, in any eventual relation with Ero@Afrodite, these Terms, stating that they have read and accepted all the information provided, also noting that the Seller shall not be bound by any other conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2 The General Conditions of Sales concerning the Customer, which can be described as “Consumer”, will only apply to the person who, in accordance with Art. 3 of Legislative Decree no. 206 8/10/2005 SS MM, “acting for purposes not related to business, commercial, craft or profession”. In particular, Art. 5 (two-year warranty) and 6 (withdrawal) will apply only and exclusively if the Customer qualifies as a Consumer.
2.3 The Customer claims to have reviewed the General Conditions of the Sale before proceeding with their online purchase and agrees and is obligated, once the online purchase procedure is completed, to print and save an electronic copy and, either way, retain these already examined and accepted Conditions for the purposes and effects of the Articles. 3:04 Legislative Decree no 185/99 and no. 206/2005.

Art. 3 Payment
3.1 Ordered items must be paid for using a present method of payment in “Payment Methods”

Art. 4 Delivery
4.1 Deliveries are available worldwide. For relative prices please refer to the “Times and shipping costs” section on this e-commerce website.
4.2 Items will be delivered to the exact house number or any other place indicated in the transport documents, but all at street level. For unloading and deliveries carried out under conditions which require exceptional and additional services, a relative compensation fee will be required from the Customer to cover the extra costs incurred (eg: Limited Traffic Zone or pedestrian area, remote locations, or any other causes which characterise a difficult delivery and all other cases of excessive use of working hours). This service will be requested at the time of order.
4.3 Goods will be delivered between Monday and Friday, on working days. After payment confirmation, the approximate delivery date will be stated. Eros@Afrodite denies responsibility for a delayed/absence of delivery due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure (but not limited to accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods, heavy snowfalls and similar events) or for reasons attributed to the courier.
4.4 The courier will deliver without prior notice. Eros@Afrodite is not responsible for any delivery delays or extra costs incurred to the customer in the case that the customer provides an incomplete or incorrect address. The goods travel with regular transport document, intended to be delivered at the location specified by the customer on the order confirmation, unless otherwise stated.
4.5 It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify, upon receiving of the goods, the number of packages and the quality of the product. In the event that the goods, when checked with the courier still present, are damaged or not intact, the Customer has the right to refuse acceptance of the product and/or to indicate in the specific box on the courier’s form, the “specific reserve” describing the damage and communicating it within one business day to Eros@Afrodite by e-mail to, possibly sending some photographs of the damage. In the absence of a timely complaint, it will not be accepted regarding the damage of the products delivered.

Art. 5 Warranty
5.1 The products purchased by the Customer are covered with 24 months’ warranty for defects of conformity and/or malfunction, not evident at the time of purchase.
5.2 In the event of a conformity defect, Eros@Afrodite will provide, without additional cost to the customer, the dispatch of spare parts needed to restore the product’s conformity. The Customer must review the goods and their functionality within 5 days of delivery. Defects already visible on delivery have to be communicated to Eros@Afrodite within 5 days of delivery by e-mail to, indicating the item code, details and photographs of the defect.
5.3 In the event that Eros@Afrodite is not able to provide warranty to the customer (restored or replaced), the product can be replaced with one that has similar, or even superior, features to the original product. In case of replacement under warranty, the customer must send, at their own expense, the defective product to the headquarters of the Seller, sending it to Takki Srl with the legal head office on Via Garofoli 238 – 37057 – San Giovanni Lupatoto (VR). Goods under warranty must be returned by the Customer in its original, properly sealed, packaging, with all its parts intact. The customer is required to keep the original box and all additional documentation of the products purchased until the product warranty runs out.
5.4 Eros@Afrodite is not liable for any delays in repairs or replacements. If the defect reported does not result in a lack of conformity pursuant to Art. 129 Decree 206/2005, the customer will be charged the cost of verification, recovery and transport, if supported by Eros@Afrodite.
5.5 Eros@Afrodite does not assume responsibility for any misuse of the products. Any direct or indirect damages caused by misuse, negligence or an unable user, are not warranted. The warranty does not cover objects subject to wear.

Art. 6 Rights of Withdrawal of the Customer Consumer
6.1 The Customer consumer has the right to cancel the contract without penalty and without giving any reasons within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the goods, sending to declaring the intention to invoke the right of cancellation and indicating the order number, invoice number, code, name and quantity of the items, if the cancellation is partial (in the event of the purchase of several items) or total, the bank details for the refund transfer (IBAN code of the holder of the invoice).
6.2 Eros@Afrodite will refund the price within the maximum term of 14 (fourteen) days from the day of receiving the Customer’s communication. In any case, Eros@Afrodite will be entitled to withhold the reimbursement until the date of receiving the goods or an equivalent demonstration by the Customer that they have returned them.
6.3 The direct costs for returning the goods are borne by the Consumer. Shipping for returning the items is under the complete responsibility of the customer until the goods are confirmed received in our warehouse.
6.4 The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases: a) the absence of the original packaging, b) the absence of the product’s essential components (eg. Manual, accessories and generally different conditions in which the product was delivered), c) damage to the product (eg. Products not substantially intact, used, or which show signs of deformity, deterioration, wear and tear and/or alterations of any kind), d) purchase of customised products according to the information required by the customer.
6.5 The Customer that is NOT the consumer, has NO right of cancellation.
